Zero waste day

Recycling is nice but would it be nice if we generated even less waste than we currently do...that's where Zero Waste Day comes in...it's on the 15th of Nov. and is used to raise awareness to the amount of waste generate. According to the Annenberg Foundation, the average American generates about four pounds of solid trash per day. The idea is eliminate as much waste as possible by reduce, reuse and then recycle. If you have reusable items that you no longer need, try listing it with Twin Cities Free Market.
